Purchase conditions

1.- We guarantee all minimum weights.

2.- Once the order is processed, the delivery time is 48-72 hours. Delivery will be arranged through express courier services.

3.- VAT included in all prices. 

4.- “Embutidos Pepe” will retain full ownership of the products until they are paid in full.

5.- Availability: our products are, in many cases, limited production pieces. If there is ever no available stock of a certain product, we will inform you and propose another product with similar characteristics.

6.- Quality assurance. In the event a product is found to be damaged or of bad quality, we will take full responsibility as long as it is returned to us in its original packaging or similar conditions and we can verify its poor quality. If the client is entitled to a refund, this will be communicated by e-mail or phone provided the claim it is made within 7 business days of receiving the goods. After checking the faulty or defective merchandise, we will replace the product or issue a refund at the customer's request.

7.- Data privacy: data provided by the buyer will only be used for commercial purposes, and will never be disclosed to third parties.
